Recently this weekend i went for a haircut. the stylist Joe, asked me what i wanted and i said short one to two on the sides and clean up in the back, don’t touch the top!! what did i get? a five year old haircut from kindergarten. The fade was botched and the top was 1.5 inches shorter then before. i am very disappointed and will not be visiting this location in the near future.

I just like a simple high and tight haircut but I'd either get someone that simply took the clippers to my head or someone that only used scissors. The first I can have my wife do at home and the second isn't short enough. Maddie at this location knows how to get the sides short but blend it to a little longer on top. And all for a reasonable price.

I took my son for a haircut and super disappointed. The stylist was new and super nice, my son loved her....but after paying $15 plus tip.... I should have given him the scissors to cut it himself. He looks like Lloyd Christmas :(

My husband took my son in this evening, walked in and there was no wait. My husband and son said the place was clean, professional and great customer service, Amanda did a great job, his hair looks great! Will definitely be back.

Walked in, waited 5 minutes, really nice service and smiles from all employees. Wife said it was the best haircut I got in three years.

Went with both my kids was told 15 min wait. Waited almost 30 min... ladies were very busy chit chatting with each other. They don’t like the TVs and would prefer music... etc and their weekend plans. If the cut as much as they stopped to chat. Then each of my kids went to a hair dresser next to each other for a hair cut... after 45 min again they were talking and stopppomg cutting to chat I pulled my daughter out without them sting her hair as the time wasn’t ridiculous. My son asked the lady not to cut his hair short and was told don’t worry about it as she hacked off his hair on top. Both kids haircuts were crooked and my sons was frankly awful... I had to take both to another Solon to be fixed... worst $50 I’ve spent. Do yourself a favor and try a different place!!!

Went in was told 15 minute wait after a half an hour waiting watched 2 stylist leave and I was still waiting so I left. Very poor customer service and management to let stylist leave and there are still 5 people waiting for haircuts.
